Lily

The activities I have taken part in so far have mainly involved research on our topic, translating interview clips from Chinese to English, and correcting and revising certain bits of information within our study. This includes grammar corrections for team members' work and a general review of any final documents. Despite our busy schedules, we have been able to work quite well together so far. I have become better acquainted with our teammates and, as a result, have been able to work better with them. We have faced some challenges so far, such as creating a flexible schedule that meets everyone's needs, identifying misunderstandings, and distributing work. But these problems have been voiced and have since been corrected through increased communication.
