In the 2022 cyber fair team, I served as the researcher who analyzed data, gathered and compared resources while keeping the critical information confidential. As others had mentioned, this team is composed of both local and international classes. The composition of the group had cultivated my communication skills. I came to realize that communication is the foundation of effective teamwork. Subsequently, this project has also enhanced my critical thinking ability. By thinking critically about the situation and examining all sides of the issue, and listening to what other group members have to say,everyone in the group arrives at a breakthrough that moves the team forward in new and exciting ways. The biggest struggle I faced was how to manage my time. I had busy schedules, so it is hard to find a balance between extracurricular activities and school work. However, I started prioritizing tasks by making to do lists to keep on with the events.
